The Villa

The Casa del Gallo Nero villa is set in Le Bagnaie, a fabulous hilltop 5-acre estate in the midst of the Chianti Classico vineyards. The house is one of eight privately owned homes that have been converted from 200-year old farm buildings - each house is completely independent.

The magnificent luxury villa can sleep up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 twin) and has 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.

The ground floor has a generous living area with TV and DVD plus a CD player for music, a large dining table and well equipped kitchen.

Outside is a private mature garden and a terrace with a large marble table which is ideal for outdoor dining.

The estate is essentially free of cars – visitor can drive up to the house for unloading and loading but other than that cars are parked under trees in a separate area with a 30 second walk to our villa. This means that the entire estate is very safe and quiet for all visitors.

The local food and wine are delicious and we hope you enjoy Le Bagnaie as much as our family does.
