Is the villa available all year round?
Yes – we rent out the villa all year and as the climate is so pleasant we find that visitors particularly enjoy the area in the spring, autumn and winter. There is heating throughout the house when the temperature drops.

Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes – the pool has recently had a solar heating system installed so it is a very pleasant temperature for much of the year

Are there any hidden extras?
No – we will give you a cost for renting the villa which will include all power bills, cleaning costs and the use of all the facilities on the estate are included.
